Notifications Not Sent to Internal Users

Submittals

Internal users are now notified as expected when creating a submission or sendout via VMS Sync Submittals. This change ensures the appropriate users are alerted of submittal activity. The Internal User or Distribution List field at the bottom of the Submit to VMS form must be populated.
